From Knowledge to Action "Captain's Patrol" in Odesa conducted a training on developing skills for serving as a police officer

The Chaplaincy Patrol of Odesa organized a three-day training course for instructors under the Team Building program. The event was attended by 29 chaplains from different regions of Ukraine. The purpose of the training was to provide chaplains with the necessary knowledge and skills to provide practical assistance to police officers in their daily work.

The training program included the development of communication skills, methods of building trust, basics of security and psychological support. The training participants noted the professionalism of the instructors and the effectiveness of the practical tasks aimed at strengthening teamwork.

Thanks to the New Life Christian Mission, the training was held at a high organizational level, which was made possible by a variety of support. The mission not only provided the necessary technical support for the training, but also took care of the comfort of the participants. All chaplains who came from different parts of Ukraine were provided with accommodation and three meals a day for the duration of the training. This level of care allowed the participants to fully concentrate on their studies and practical tasks. In addition, the warm atmosphere and hospitality of the mission volunteers created a sense of unity and support, which became an additional inspiration for the chaplains in their important ministry.

Together, we are creating a future where trust, support and cooperation are the key to common success.
