The mission continues to provide assistance to residents of the town of Velykyi Dalnyk in the Odesa region.
For the fourth consecutive year, the war in Ukraine continues. The village of Velykyi Dalnyk in the Odesa region, like many other communities across our country, is in constant need of support.
Despite the danger, local residents remain in their homes and continue to live and work on their native land.
During wartime, the Odesa region remains an area of increased risk. Regular missile and drone attacks damage civilian infrastructure, residential buildings, and energy facilities. This significantly affects living standards, access to stable income, food supplies, and basic services. Particularly vulnerable are families with children, elderly people, and internally displaced persons who require ongoing support.
Velykyi Dalnyk is one of the larger villages in the Odesa region, located near the city. A significant number of internally displaced persons have also relocated here—people who were forced to leave their homes due to destruction in other regions of Ukraine.
The Mission continues to support the population of this village, as well as many other cities and regions of Ukraine.
Large and low-income families, single mothers, and children whose parents are currently defending Ukraine at the front regularly seek assistance at the volunteer center. Internally displaced persons also receive support on a regular basis.
The Mission provides assistance in various areas of daily life. One of the key directions is food support, including vegetables, food packages, long-life dairy products, and frozen goods, including pizza. All this assistance was distributed over the past six months.
Thanks to our friends and partners who have consistently supported the Ukrainian people since the beginning of the war, we are able to continue helping those who need it most.
