"SOCIAL BREAD" IN ODESA: SUPPORT FOR THE CIVILIAN POPULATION OF THE CITY
The war continues and every day puts Ukrainian families to the test. Rising prices for food, medicine and utilities, job losses and forced displacement — for many, even ordinary things have become a matter of survival.
It is for those who have found themselves in difficult life circumstances that the Christian mission "New Life" 🇺🇦 continues the "Social Bread" project.
In the mission's own bakery, fresh bread is baked by hand and distributed free of charge to those who need support the most — elderly people, large families, people with disabilities, internally displaced persons and everyone who has found themselves in hardship.
For many, this bread is not just a product on the table. It is an opportunity to save money for the most essential things — medicine or utility bills. It is a tangible relief for a family budget where every hryvnia counts.
But most importantly — it is a sign that a person is not left alone with their difficulties. That they are remembered and cared for.
Behind this help is the daily work of volunteers and bakery workers. They invest their time and effort so that each loaf is baked with care and delivered to people on time. Hour after hour, loaf after loaf — with love for those who need it so much.
We sincerely thank everyone who supports this project with their work and compassion!
Thanks to our joint efforts, thousands of Ukrainians have already received not only fresh bread, but also a sense of care and hope.
Together we are making this world kinder.
