CHAPLAIN PATROL, CITY OF ODESA, AND PROJECT VICTORY UKRAINE HELD A TRAINING SESSION FOR SES RESCUERS
Chaplain Patrol, city of Odesa, together with the American team Project Victory Ukraine, held a practical training session for employees of the Main Department of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Odesa Region.
In the conditions of the ongoing war in Ukraine, practical knowledge in saving lives has special value. Every day, Ukrainian rescuers work in difficult and dangerous circumstances: after shelling, destruction, fires, evacuations, and other crisis situations.
That is why training focused on rapid response, preserving life, and taking the right actions at a critical moment is an important part of supporting those who stand on the frontline of service to people.
During the training, SES employees practiced evacuating victims, providing assistance in cases of injuries, stopping critical bleeding, working with tourniquets, and acting in conditions of increased danger.
The training was conducted in a practical format and was as close as possible to the real challenges Ukrainian rescuers face today.
The experience shared by the international instructors of Project Victory Ukraine has already helped save lives in various crisis situations around the world. Sharing such knowledge in Ukraine is an important contribution to people’s safety and to strengthening the readiness of emergency response services.
Christian Mission “New Life” sincerely thanks the Project Victory Ukraine team for their partnership, support, and willingness to share valuable practical experience.
Special gratitude goes to the employees of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Odesa Region for their courage, professionalism, and selfless service to people. Today, they risk their own lives every day to save others and remain a true example of responsibility, strength, and humanity.
