BEING THERE WHEN IT MATTERS MOST
At the request of the local Child Welfare Service, our Mother and Child Home welcomed 44-year-old Lyudmyla and her six-year-old daughter, Kateryna.
After being discharged from the hospital, they had nowhere to return, as the family had no safe place to live. Our Home became a place where mother and daughter could find shelter, care, and the support they needed.
This year, Kateryna started first grade. She also needs support with her speech development, making attention to her learning and personal growth especially important.
At our Mother and Child Home, Lyudmyla and Kateryna receive accommodation, meals, care, social assistance, and spiritual support. We are helping Lyudmyla regain her strength, develop essential life skills, and build confidence so she can gradually create a stable and safe future for herself and her daughter.
We thank God for the opportunity to stand alongside families during difficult times, offering support, care, and hope for a new beginning!
