In October 4, 2021 our team loaded all humanitarian aid into a container and now it is waiting at the Odessa’s port for the shipment to Cuba.

Heating points, ready for the cold!

In Odessa, on the Kulikovo field, a heating tent for homeless people began to work. This year, the volunteers of the New Life mission did not wait until severe frosts hit, and began to work well in advance. Moreover, according to weather forecasts, this winter promises to be the coldest in the last 30 years.

Unfortunately, our help was needed earlier, on Troitskaya 25, where a terrible fire started in the morning of December 4! Relatives of the deceased and those responsible for the fire safety of the building and those responsible for the state of the rescue equipment were unable to prepare for this tragedy.

As a wise man once said: «If there is no sense in the question, you should not look for it in the answer.» But there are a lot of questions. The fact is that thanks to the efforts of volunteers and residents of the city of Odesa, a ward intended for homeless people was renovated at the Jewish Hospital. And here's the result: it was dismantled before the onset of winter, just when the need arose.
