The New Life Christian Mission takes to the streets of Odesa every day to feed those in need. In field conditions that do not frighten volunteer cooks, we prepare delicious, hot food in the open air - in a mobile kitchen that has become a point of support for hundreds of people.

Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, the lives of thousands of people have changed. Some lost their jobs, some lost their roofs over their heads, and some, finding themselves in a desperate situation, gradually got used to living on the streets. The war has been going on for three years now, and every day we see people who had shelter and stability yesterday standing in line for a hot bowl of soup.

Especially in winter, hot meals save people from hypothermia, keep them strong and give them the opportunity to warm up for a while. Our kitchen works without restrictions: anyone in need can get a hot lunch and tea. We don't ask questions, we don't judge, we just help. After all, even one warm meal can be the first step towards life changes.
Our team consists of people who are not afraid of difficulties and are ready to serve their neighbors every day. They prepare food, distribute portions, communicate, listen to stories, give advice and refer to shelters and rehabilitation centers. Many homeless people no longer hope for help, but thanks to the volunteers, they feel that there are still those who care.
